Volunteer & Partner
Help us change lives
R3R UK is powered by people who believe in second chances. Whether you want to volunteer your time or partner with us as an organisation, we would love to hear from you.
Volunteering
Volunteer with R3R
Our volunteers are at the heart of what we do. By giving your time, you can make a direct, lasting difference to people rebuilding their lives after the criminal justice system.
Mentor
Provide one-to-one support to individuals navigating resettlement. Share your experience, listen without judgement, and help someone build confidence and direction.
Digital skills coach
Help people develop basic computer and internet skills — from setting up email to using online services. No formal teaching experience required, just patience and enthusiasm.
Employability support volunteer
Support people with CV writing, job applications, and interview preparation. Help someone take a meaningful step toward employment or training.
Group facilitator
Help run group sessions and activities that build community, reduce isolation, and develop pro-social habits. A welcoming, encouraging presence makes all the difference.
Admin and operations support
Help R3R run smoothly behind the scenes — supporting communications, data, events, and day-to-day operations. Ideal for those who want to contribute without direct client contact.

Partnerships
Partner with R3R
We work alongside a wide range of organisations to provide joined-up, consistent support to people affected by the criminal justice system. If your organisation shares our values, we would welcome a conversation.
Probation services
We work closely with probation practitioners and offender managers across Northamptonshire to provide complementary community support.
Housing and homelessness organisations
Stable housing is foundational to successful resettlement. We partner with housing providers to ensure people have a safe place to live.
Employment and training providers
We connect people with employment and training opportunities and work with providers to ensure they are accessible to people with convictions.
Health and wellbeing services
We work alongside mental health, substance misuse, and wellbeing services to ensure people receive holistic, coordinated support.
Faith and community organisations
Community and faith groups play a vital role in reducing isolation and building belonging. We welcome partnerships with organisations rooted in their communities.
Funders and supporters
If you are a trust, foundation, or individual donor who wants to support R3R's work, we would love to talk about how your investment can make a difference.
