Our Team

Meet the Trustees

The Board of Trustees provides the leadership, governance, and strategic direction of Roots, Reskill & Rise (R3R UK). Together, they bring extensive experience across higher education, health and social care, mental health, social work, rehabilitation, and community development.

United by a shared commitment to social justice and inclusion, they ensure the charity delivers high-quality, evidence-based programmes that empower ex-offenders — particularly those from the Global Majority — to rebuild their lives through education, skills development, and community reintegration. The founding trustees have been appointed for an initial term of four years.
