Supporting people in Northamptonshire who have experienced the criminal justice system to rebuild confidence, gain skills, and move forward sustainably.
About R3R
A practical, person-centred approach to rehabilitation
R3R UK exists to promote rehabilitation, prevent crime, and reduce reoffending for the public benefit. We work with people across Northamptonshire who are leaving custody, living in the community after conviction, or trying to avoid further involvement in offending. Our approach is practical, person-centred, and rooted in the belief that people do better when they are given the right support, opportunity, and encouragement.
"People do better when they are given the right support, opportunity, and encouragement."
What We Do
Four pillars of support
Practical Navigation
We help people understand systems, appointments, forms, and next steps so they can access services with confidence. This includes support with housing, benefits, probation-related needs, referrals, and everyday problem-solving.
Digital Inclusion
We support people to build basic digital skills so they can use email, online forms, job sites, and essential services. Digital access is often a major barrier to resettlement, so this support can make a direct difference to independence and employment readiness.
Skills Development
We offer personal development and employability support that helps people strengthen routines, build confidence, and prepare for work or training. This could include CV support, interview preparation, budgeting, communication skills, and goal-setting.
Wellbeing Support
We create a supportive environment where people can improve emotional wellbeing, reduce isolation, and develop pro-social habits. This can include mentoring, group sessions, and activities that promote stability and self-belief.
Our Impact
"We believe rehabilitation works when support is practical, consistent, and grounded in trust. By helping people build skills, confidence, and community connections, R3R aims to reduce reoffending and strengthen long-term reintegration."
